What is a Ironoffers Affiliate?

This could be anyone from a part-time Webmaster just starting to or a public company. Everyone is welcome to become an affiliate.

As a Ironoffers affiliate you agree to place links on your web site to our merchant offers for the purpose of promoting their products or services. You decide on which offers to place on your site and we pay you commissions earned for impressions, clicks, leads, or sales the type of payment is dependant on what the merchant specifies when they start a campaign.

If you operate an opt-in mailing list you can also place text links within your messages. These links offer the same benefits as placing banners on your web site.

Affiliate network rules and guidelines:
These are the rules and conditions of doing business with the "Ironoffers.com" affiliate program. These rules are in place to protect clients/advertisers within our network. Should there be any violation of these terms and conditions of business we reserve the right to suspend or cancel any account with no payment being made to such account. This is not negotiable. Should a payment be made and we find that this payment was made to a agent through an illegal or fraudulent action by the agent. We reserve the right to stop payment on the check and we may also take civil or criminal action against the company or individual. We are very keen in making sure that advertisers, agents, and ourselves are protected.

Participation in our program:
We do not accept any adult, pornographic, or sites that link to adult orientated material whatsoever. Libelous or defamatory sites, hacking sites, software copying/piracy, hate, or racial hate sites. We DO NOT accept any sites that are of any Illegal nature.

Fraud Control:
We have built into our software a fraud control system, which monitors all agents’ sites constantly, including false registration. The "Ironoffers.com" staff will verify all sites for legitimacy. Any company or Individual that tries to artificially inflate traffic counts, revenue, or use any devise, or robot/program to inflate sales will be reported to the appropriate authorities for fraud.

Payments:
Payments are sent out on or before the 15th of each month. Your 1st payment will be made on the 15th of the proceeding month. For example all commissions due from the 1st to 31st of May will be paid out on the 15th July. Once you have received your 1st check, you will then receive further checks on or about the 15th of each month subject to our minimum requirements. The minimum check value in any month is $20.00. Commissions less than this amount will be rolled over to the following month’s sales.

Advertising:
"Ironoffers.com" will provide all marketing material to you on behalf of the client. Under no circumstances should you modify the marketing material provided to you unless otherwise noted.

No Guarantees:
"Ironoffers.com" makes no warranties, guarantees, or representations regards the revenue or profit a agent can make from the Ironoffers.com program. The Ironoffers.com program makes no guarantees or representations regarding any information contained in any promotional material or oral communications made by any Ironoffers.com representative, its employees, or agents. The agents assures that it has not relied upon any oral or written information provide by the Ironoffers.com. Like any business the success of the program is very much in the hands of the agent to promote and expose their website to generate sufficient traffic to their site or advertisements to generate sales, clicks and whatever id required to generate income for the agent.

Independent Contractor:
The agent is an independent contractor. Ironoffers.com owners shall not provide any legal, accounting, or professional advice. The agent is responsible for the agents (company or individual) tax obligations. The agent is not an employee, partner, shareholder, or director of the Ironoffers.com program, and shall not enter into any agreement oh behalf of the Ironoffers.com.

Applicable Law: Arbitration
The above terms and conditions of business constitutes the entire understanding of both parties hereto with respect to its subject matter and supersedes any and all previous contracts and covenants between both parties whether written or oral, with respect to such subject matter.
